About The Opportunity

The focus of this role is on the growing multi-residential apartment and commercial building sectors. This encompasses all Hafele Architectural Hardware product ranges including Sliding and folding door hardware, Automatic Door hardware, Electronic Locking systems and sliding acoustic walls.

Reporting directly to both the NSW State Manager and Project Team Manager NSW, you will become an integral part of a strong, motivated and driven sales team. You will be providing solutions to manufacturers, architects, designers, builders and developers. 

 

We Are Seeking

  • A confident Account Manager who will be at ease presenting, taking the lead and developing strong client relationships state-wide
  • Good knowledge of the commercial door and aluminium fabricator market
  • Relationships in the construction industry & multi-residential sector
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality
  • You have an outgoing personality enjoy interacting with people
  • You can action customer and prospective customer requests within a timely manner
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience in the use of Salesforce or similar CRM systems and competent in MS
  • Office applications

 

The role’s duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Promotion of the Häfele product portfolio to all parties involved in targeted projects (Architects, Designers, Developers, Clients, Builders and Glass and Aluminium Fabricators) and developing strong relationships with these parties to secure repeat business inside NSW
  • Manage and grow an established customer base.
  • Preparing take offs and quotes for key/target projects from Architectural plans
  • Providing solutions to design problems and offer optional products.
  • Tracking key/target projects from specification through to completion of project
