About The Opportunity

As the Projects Team Manager, you’ll lead a talented team supporting major commercial customers while driving new business and market growth. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused leadership role where you’ll build strong relationships, develop your team, and influence Häfele’s presence across Western Australia.  You’ll thrive if you enjoy balancing strategic thinking with practical execution — and you’re energised by building trust with clients and empowering your team to excel.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and mentor your project team, creating a high‑performance culture
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to expand market presence
  • Provide product expertise, samples and displays to support successful customer outcomes
  • Monitor KPIs and develop tailored training to build capability and morale
  • Coordinate state events and corporate activity with our State Manager
  • Deliver market insights to help shape product development and strategic direction

 

What You Bring

  • Experience leading project, sales or customer-focused teams
  • Success in CRM implementation or strategic sales initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills
  • Experience in budgeting, hiring, coaching and performance management
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships
  • Comfortable with modern digital tools and reporting systems
