About The Role

Your day will fly by as you

  • Answer sales calls
  • Process customer's orders, pricing, delivery requests and other enquiries
  • Meet and greet in the showroom
  • Develop a genuine understanding of our customers' needs to assist with product selection
  • Prepare customised quotations and promote our extensive range of high end products
  • Maintain showroom displays & brochure replenishments
  • Promote good relations with customers and prospective customers
  • Provide advice on planning, installation and operation of our quality products
  • Support our external sales team

 

We Are Seeking

  • An enthusiastic, friendly team player
  • An energetic individual providing exceptional face-to-face customer service & support
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • A background in hardware, cabinetmaking or joinery would be ideal, but not essential
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated and confident
  • Previous experience with SAP will be a benefit but not a necessity
  • Full working rights in Australia

 

What You Need To Apply

  • A pro-active and driven individual who works well within a team and demonstrates aptitude and passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • SAP (SD module) experience is absolutely essential
