This is an outstanding opportunity to join our friendly, motivated Customer Service team based at our Larapinta office.
Key Responsibilities
Your day will fly by as you:
- Respond to customer sales calls with professionalism and warmth
- Process customer orders, delivery requests, pricing enquiries, and general product questions
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
- Understand customer needs and guide product selection
- Prepare customised quotations and introduce customers to our premium product range
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide product advice, including planning and installation support
- Collaborate closely with our external sales team

What You Need to Apply

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- SAP experience is highly advantageous
