About The Role

The primary focus of this role is to promote and grow the market share of Häfele architectural hardware by engaging with builders and fabricators operating in the aged caremulti-residential, and commercial project sectors.

 

Join a high-performing, motivated, and solutions-focused sales team at our Larapinta Design Centre. In this role, you will play an integral part in delivering tailored solutions to our clients, contributing to the team's success and growth. You will report directly to both the National Business Development Manager and the QLD State Manager.

 

 We Are Seeking

  • A confident Account Manager who will be at ease taking the lead and developing strong client relationships state-wide
  • You have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people
  • You can action customer and prospective customer requests within a timely manner
  • Proven sales experience with selling product to the construction industry would be highly regarded
  • Trade experience would be highly regarded
  • Promote the Häfele door hardware product portfolio to all parties involved in targeted project and develop strong relationship with these parties to secure repeated business nationwide
  • Track key/target projects from specification through to construction
  • Identifies and develops new customers and Projects with potential
  • Provide take offs and quotes for key/target projects from Architectural plans Provide solutions to design problems and offer optional products
  • Experienced in the use of CRM systems & competent with MS Office applications
