About the Opportunity
You may come from a background in cabinet making or furniture hardware and be ready for a change. Or perhaps you have a background in sales and are looking for your next challenge. Either way, as our Account Manager (Trade/Projects), you will join a high-performing and supportive team.
In this role, you will take ownership of a defined territory, focusing on developing and growing the Central Queensland region (Rockhampton to Gympie). You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, driving portfolio growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
With your energy, initiative, and passion for delivering results, you’ll confidently promote our product range to existing and prospective customers. You’ll thrive on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving your KPIs.
We Are Seeking
- A strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- An outgoing personality with a genuine passion for engaging with people
- Experience within the cabinetmaking, joinery, or related industry (preferred)
- A background in hardware, cabinetmaking, or joinery (highly regarded)
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience managing key accounts
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
