We Are Seeking

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our growing business as an experienced Customer Care Team Member. Based at our Dandenong South location, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle after‑sales service enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and grievances
  • Register and coordinate new warranty claims and service arrangements
  • Oversee the national coordination, authorisation, review, and processing of all credit claims
  • Ensure all claims are finalised within required timeframes

What You Need to Apply

  • A proactive, motivated approach with strong teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience (highly regarded)
  • SAP (SD module) experience is desirable
