The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Your day will fly by as you:
- Answer national sales calls
- Process customer orders, pricing, delivery requests, and general enquiries
- Support the showroom team and warmly welcome customers
- Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right products
- Prepare customised quotations and promote our extensive product range
- Build positive relationships with customers and prospects
- Provide advice on planning, installation, and product use while in the showroom
- Work collaboratively with our external sales team
We Are Looking For
- A friendly, enthusiastic team player
- Someone who shines in face‑to‑face customer service
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong customer service mindset
- Great interpersonal skills and professional phone manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Background in kitchens, cabinetmaking, or joinery (advantage, not essential)
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and confident
- Experience with SAP is a bonus
- Full working rights in Australia
What You'll Need to Apply

- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and professional phone skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- SAP (SD module) experience welcomed
